RETURN ELIGIBILITY
The items should be unused for it to be eligible for returns.

  1. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place.
  2. Customized products cannot be returned.
  3. Return request that are not raised within 10 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.
  4. The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return  request is approved.

CANCELLATION 

Incase there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can cancel your order by mailing us at rapurnas@gmail.com.

RETURN POLICY

  1. Returns are only allowed if there’s a defect in the product.
  2. If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please refuse the package. Mail us at rapurnas@gmail.com or  call us at +91 99033 52554 mentioning your Order ID. The replacement will be issued to you with no additional cost.
  3. Shipping and COD charges are non refundable
  4. Raise your return request within 10 days of receiving the shipment by emailing us at rapurnas@gmail.com with your order ID.
  5.  If you receive a damaged/incorrect/incomplete order, do contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, by mailing us at rapurnas@gmail.com with your Order ID, and an image/video of the defect/item. We will either ship a replacement for the item or provide a refund for the product, once the pickup is done.
  6. If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped
  7. If  you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount
  8. Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team
  9. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges
  10. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product.
Returns Pickup Policy 

  1. A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email which needs to be attached on the package for reverse pick up
  2.  Please make sure that the original product tag and the packing is intact when the product is picked up.
  3. You would be notified by us , once we receive your shipment.
